The Jacob Ellens & Associates consulting team includes company founder and owner Jacob Ellens and associate appraisers Michael Lee and David deVries. All three hold the AACI (Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute) designation and collectively have many years of industry experience. Phil Greenall provides property assessment and tax consultation for various property types throughout southern Ontario. Another member of the team is research assistant Frank Baarda, currently working towards the CRA (Canadian Residential Appraiser) designation. Alison Macintosh provides expertise as a property investment analyst. Malynda Wheeler provides research assistance as well as administrative support. These staff members are supported by Armaiti Baldwin and Ann Ellens who provide administration, secretarial and accounting assistance.
