Ms. Alison Macintosh
Alison Macintosh, MBA, MRICS received her MBA in Finance and Marketing from York University in 1981 and was awarded the MRICS (Member Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) designation in 2004. With 25 years experience in the real estate industry, her expertise encompasses all aspects of the valuation, financing, purchase and sale of commercial real estate. Ms. Macintosh spent 16 years of her career in a variety of institutional roles, culminating in ten years as Vice-President, Property Investments for a Canadian life insurance company. During her career she has worked with a wide range of property types including commercial, multi-family residential, elder care facilities, hotels, and recreational property.
Ms. Macintosh currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Eastern Canada Chapter of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
