Mr. David deVries

David deVries, B.A., AACI, P.App., completed his undergraduate education at Redeemer University College, graduating with a business degree in 2002, majoring in finance and accounting. Following his undergraduate training, Mr. deVries joined Ellens and Associates in October of 2002. Since joining the firm, Mr deVries has completed the Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation (PGCV) program at the University of British Columbia and has been granted the AACI designation. In addition to valuation assignments, Mr. deVries has completed a variety of specialized consulting engagements; including municipal parkland dedication studies, numerous insurance costing evaluations, land availability studies, and market rental surveys.
