Mr. Philip Greenall

Philip Greenall, A.I.M.A. was awarded the A.I.M.A. designation in 1989 from the Institute of Municipal Assessors of Ontario. He graduated with a High Honours Diploma in Real Property Administration &  Assessment from Seneca College of Applied Arts & Technology winning the P.G. Gillis Scholarship Award as the top student in the Program.

 Mr. Greenall began selling Commercial & Residential Real Estate in 1981.  Upon furthering his education in Real Property Assessment, Real Estate Appraisal & Development, Phil was contracted in 1988 by the Ontario Ministry of Housing where he worked as the Southern Regional Appraiser and was involved with the development of hundreds of Multi-Residential Housing Projects.  In January 1996, Phil left the Public Sector and focussed his work on his specialty of Real Property Assessment Consulting.  Mr. Greenall has been involved with thousands of Property Assessment Appeals and Complaints for Commercial, Industrial & Multi-Residential Properties.  Mr. Greenall is also President of his own company Greenall Ventures Incorporated (GVI).
